Library customers may check their personal record to see lists of materials currently checked out, hold requests, registration information, fines, and other information, as well as renew checked out items and cancel hold requests online.

If you get the message "Privileges expired" or "Library Privileges have expired", that means that your library card has expired. Please come into any branch to renew your library card.
Library cards expire every two years from the initial date/or renewal date. To renew an expired card, the person whose name is on the account must go to an Jefferson Parish Library location and present the card, a valid/acceptable photo ID and proof of current residence address in their name. All patrons renewing/replacing their library card, will need to pay all fines owed on the account.
